Study-interest form
Selecting “Send my interest” submits your contact information and inquiry to Nexera SF through our website host, Netlify. Netlify stores form submissions for Nexera SF's research team to review and respond. When email notifications are enabled, the inquiry is also delivered to our team's email inbox.
Information to avoid
Please do not include medical records, medical history, diagnoses, insurance information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive health or identity information in the website form or an initial email.
How we use an inquiry
Information emailed to research@nexerasf.com is used to respond to the inquiry and, for prospective participants, to discuss whether a relevant study opportunity may be available.
Study-specific information
Any study-specific screening, informed consent, privacy disclosures, and authorization requirements are handled separately by the research team for that study.
